Immature Cooper's Hawk on the back deck

We saw this hawk on the back deck today.

We are thinking it's an immature Cooper's Hawk but aren't quite sure.

We would love to know what you all think.

Cooper's hawk on back deck

I'm thinking it's a red-tailed hawk, actually. If it's a juvenile, the tail will not be red - it's actually kind of brownish and banded. It looks to be rather "beefy" but it's hard to tell!
