Deer in St Thomas

First Avenue, St Thomas

We were driving up First Avenue, close to the Canadian Tire store, and we were stopped and had to wait for a train to pass.

As we were waiting we noticed a deer come out from the bushes on the east side of the road and my son took these pictures.

The deer wasn't alarmed at all the cars on the road, and I'm sure other people saw her.

Just before the train passed, she went back into the bush.

I was surprised at how close to the traffic she was.

This was right where the train tracks cross First Ave at the TSC store on the right and the Salvation Army thrift store and Shoppers Drug Mart are on the left.

Thank you for sending us these wonderful pictures of the white tailed deer in St Thomas - they are great pictures!

I will also post this on our facebook page so that our facebook followers can also enjoy your charming pictures.
