Unknown Bird of Prey

This bird was flying in circles over the pond at Bruce Pit in Nepean (Ottawa ON) at around 3 PM on August 28 2020.

I would appreciate help identifying this bird.

Thanks for sending your picture - it looks like a Turkey Vulture to me, but perhaps one of our readers will be able to positively identify it.
