They are here for sure!

I was sitting on my front step late last evening and around the corner of our garage wandered a Possum.

This is the third time in as many weeks I have seen one. This one was very large, I would say approximately 14" - 16" from the tip of its nose to the end of its tail.

While it startled me, my shriek startled it more and it turned and ran down our driveway and into our neighbors yard.

The next thing I knew I heard rustling, I assume it climbed their tree.

Although I have seen many in Brant County killed on the side of roads I had never seen one in our small town of Paris.
