The interupted hair-cut

by Barbara Mcguire
(Collingwood, Ontario, Canada)

My young friend is learning the art of hair styling, and I volunteered to be a test subject.

She needs to get some experience, and build confidence. Into the second hour of sitting in the chair, half my short hair trimmed, I desperately needed a break, and a re-wetting of my hair.

So I stepped out into the parking lot to have a bit of a smoke and a stretch. I lifted my head back and was thrill by the sight of a Bald Eagle flying directly over me.

I loved seeing these birds in their natural setting while visiting British Columbia, and to see this treat in Collingwood was positively amazing.

So the rest of the hair-cut was a breeze, when my neck started to hurt, I just thought about getting to see it again.

And the hair-cut, well, it may have taken an hour and a half to complete, but it turned out just fine.

What a charming story, thank you so much for telling us about your Bald Eagle sighting!
