Calling all Birdwatchers - we need help from any of our readers who are amateur Ornithologists!

Pam, from Ayton, Ontario sent us this report of her bird sighting, and we need help identifying this bird.

Yesterday there was a raptor in our back field that I have yet to identify. Here is a picture, I hope someone will be able to identify it.

Northern Harrier
by: Anonymous

This is a Northern Harrier. Looks to me to be an immature male.

The males tend to be grey on top and white underneath, the females and immatures are mostly brown and mottled.

Thank you so much for the information!
