We woke up to this visitor in our backyard.
It has made a home under our shed!!
It's quite large, and I'm wondering if maybe she has babies in her pouch?
Yes, that could be. The Possums will eat ticks in your area and they're not too much trouble - when they are scared they just flop over and play dead.
