My friend rescued a Possum baby!

This is little Peanut ... my friend found a dead Possum that had been hit by a car out in Brampton, Ontario.

She heard a little "sneeze" in the animals pouch (apparently this is how babies call for their Mommy), opened it, and found a baby Possum.

My friend named him "Peanut".

Peanut is doing very well and has learned how to swim. Just like a little kitten, Peanut gives kisses by licking your hand - almost as if to say "thank you".
