Life in Ontario
by: Vince

Hi Meena,
For a life in Ontario you will need to bring an open mind and an open heart. We are a diverse people from all over the world and acceptance of the differences goes a long way.

Our summers can be hot, winters real cold, spring and fall everything in between. We have lakes that look like oceans from the shore, wilderness that is teeming with life and beauty and some of the richest farmland in the world. We have rivers to ride, waterfalls to take your breath away, and hidden in all of that are world class cities where you'll meet brothers and sisters you never knew you had.

To live in Ontario you will need the spirit of an explorer, the wonder of a child, the willingness to create a new home for yourself, and the best wishes and blessings of all those that will not take this adventure with you.

The basics are simple, come with that which makes you comfortable in a new land and adjust over time as the need arises.

Bring your culture and learn to meld it with the cultures already here so that we all can be that one little bit richer.

Some have said that I make Ontario sound like the Garden of Eden. Alas, it is not so, it is better, it is Ontario!

Wow, Vince, that is profound - I love Ontario and it has been my home for over thirty years, but your beautiful words brought tears to my eyes!
