Hearing and seeing Coyotes

I'm in Stouffville, Ontario, just north of town. I had a male Coyote five feet from my front window at 2:00pm on February 10th 2010.

I heard what sounded to be four or five Coyotes just around my 600 acre horse farm. My shop is located just 5 minutes away and I hear plenty of them there, as well as seeing tracks daily.

To see a Coyote around here is not uncommon, I probably see four or five weekly, just going for a drive.

They are a bit of a nuisance because the eat my vegetables and want to breed with my pure bred Duck Tolling Retriever.

If Mother Nature doesn't start to even out the "food chain" I may have to help her out!
