Gray Wolf-like animal spotted in Mississauga

Today, March 16, 2015, this morning we took a picture of a wild canine which looked like a gray Wolf.

It was running and seemed afraid of the traffic.

It is possible that it was a coyote instead but it had the size of a german shepherd!

Thank you for sending this report and picture, I'm sure our readers will find it interesting!

Wolves stay clear of human habitation, so the animal is much more likely to be a Coyote or perhaps a Coywolf (Coyote / Wolf hybrid).
