We live on a farm one hour north of Toronto.

We have heard an owl calling many times in the evening.

My husband noticed a lot of bird droppings on his truck in the shed and when he looked up, there he was.

He came and got me, as he and everyone else knows my love of owls.

What a fabulous treat that was!

He didn’t wake at all.

Lucky you. He will be calling for a mate to join
him at this penthouse. Don't be used any electronic call as it may upset him. If nesting works out, then they will stay around all year and nest here again in the future. Enjoy the company.
