I was wrong in identifying it as a Question Mark and it is indeed a Comma. The two are very similar in appearance, but the most obvious difference is with the three black circular marking in a row on the upper wing. The Question Mark has a dash or line above the top black circle and the Comma doesn't. This doesn't have the dash or line so is an Eastern Comma. Sorry for confusing you.

The butterfly you're wondering about is called a Question Mark Butterfly. There is another one very similar to it called the Comma Butterfly.
