Beautiful Bald Eagle

Sitting in my back yard enjoying my morning coffee while listening to music, I hear and see a lot of black birds, big and small, I am looking around trying to figure out what the heck is going on.

I look at our little tree where a bird's nest is (thinking oh the crows are to close to the little black birds nest) and a white head peeks around the tree.

I sit up and see its a beautiful Bald Eagle, his white head and intense eyes!

I sit up farther moving too quickly thinking I need a picture, but scare him and he leaps and flies away, with a herd of birds on his tail feathers!

What an amazing sight first thing.

This was in Waterloo, Ontario.

What an amazing experience that must have been. Congrats on seeing a Bald Eagle up close and personal. Such beautiful birds. I would have done the same thing, but I've learned the hard way, sometimes we just have to take the photo in our minds :)
