The Osprey are back :)

Well I am happy to report that in Dufferin/Wellington County the mating pairs of Osprey have returned to their local nesting sites.

What a wonderful sight to see them back this year.

The one pair that has been together for many years seem to be wonderfully healthy and happy, and the one that created a very interesting nest late last summer, has a mate this spring.

I have yet to be to the marsh (hopefully over Easter Weekend) to look for more Osprey and for the pair of Bald Eagles that we know of there.

I love the warmer weather and return of everyone :)
