Places of interest near Mississauga

Dear Friends, We have moved to Mississauga, Canada recently. Would like to know places to visit around Mississauga( within 3-4 hrs drive)

- during summer with small kids like beaches
- during fall to see fall colors

Hello Dee - I am going to open this up to our readers who may be more familiar with the Mississauga area, than I am. If you like History of Canada, you might find Dundurn Castle interesting.

Another place that my children liked very much is the African Lion Safari - you can take a picnic and stay all day!

-Sauble Beach is by far the best beach around
-Forks of the Credit and Belfountain
