Bronte Park

Our home backs onto Bronte Provincial Park Oakville-Burlington border and last night around 7pm I was just finishing off some yard work when I looked to the back of my property and there was a Wolf no more than 100 feet from me, just sitting upright.

We have seen, over the last 10 years, Coyote but never a Grey Wolf, so I slowly made my way to the back porch.

It stood up and walked up our yard and into the side bush.

How cool was that!

Re: your wolf at Bronte Park
by: Katherine in Brampton

Hi There,
Wicked! That had to be heart pounding! It's nice to know there's others out there that know that we DO have wolves living close by.
So many "know-it-alls" out there that are the first to say that it's a coyote and what you saw isn't "what you saw"
Too bad you didn't get a photo..it would have made a great picture!
Take Care, Katherine
