Today is March 11, 2010 and we have swans in our back field

by Kari
(Dunnville, ON)

We have a number of corn fields around us and the Tundra Swans have in the past swarmed the fields. There isn't that much standing water in the fields so far this year, so I am curious if they will still come in the numbers that we have seen in the past.

But they are here. Here is Dunnville, Ontario, off HWY 3. Maybe I can get a picture and upload it.

Thanks, Kari, we would love to see pictures - just download them, and I will add them to this report for you, meanwhile, here is a short video I took on March 11, 2010 at the Wildlife Management Area in Aylmer.
