Stalked by pack of Coyotes in Bowmanville

My husband and I live in Bowmanville near the edge of town. Two nights ago my husband took our golden retriever for a jog out by Lambs Road. He was just a few minutes past the old pow camp when he started to hear the yipping & howling of a pack of Coyotes.

He & the dog turned around & started running as fast as they could back home.

The Coyotes got louder as they were quickly travelling towards them. He didn't stop to look but could hear their feet trampling close by.

He was so scared he was about to let our poor dog go and climb a tree when luckily a truck turned onto the road and scared them off. He swears they would have attacked them if it hadn't!

This happened at about 9 pm.
