Rough-legged Hawk

Has anyone seen Rough-legged Hawks lately, in and around Kingston, Ontario?

We have quite a few sightings in the Gananoque area. We were wondering if others have seen them?

Maybe one or two of our readers will let us know if they too, have seen these raptors lately.

Today March 13 2015, there has been a Rough Legged Hawk soaring over the Maitland River at Benmiller - the hawk is awesome.
