Mystery Raptor!

I don't know what it is .....it is relatively small and very agile. It hunts the birds that attend our bird feeder complex.

Yesterday around 4:00pm I saw it chasing a smaller bird in circles above our yard. I have also seen it do rings around trees in pursuit of a smaller bird.

Any ideas what this could be?

I DO know that its presence has caused the number of other bird visitors to our yard to dwindle!
