Eagle in Ipperwash

Arch, one of our readers, sent us this report today January 23rd 2011 - This morning I saw a single mature Bald Eagle fly along the side of Army Camp Road.

In the past I have seen a pair soaring above the wood lot that is between East and Centre Ipperwash on a couple of occasions during the summer.

It is great that they are making a come back in this area.

I have lived in the area for 23 years and have only seen them in the last 3 years.
