Coyotes Live in the Heart of Barrie

We live in a part of Barrie that backs onto the Ardaugh Bluffs. We woke up this morning to find that a Coyote had climbed the stairs leading up from a ravine into our backyard

He was trying to dig up our backyard - most likely to find apples that had fallen off our tree in late fall.

He didn't scare easily, but finally ran back down the stairs into the forest.

Needless to say, we are dismantling the stairs in the spring!
