Coyotes at Eglinton / Don Mills

by Darlene
(Toronto, Ontario)

Woke up to a group of Coyotes yipping and howling late last night.

The ravine runs all the way from top to bottom of Toronto and there's a big clearing near the river, east of our building.

It's too steep to get to and is secluded enough to watch deer - in mid-town Toronto!

I couldn't see the Coyotes - the ravine is pitch black, but they were certainly having a good time.

Very neat to hear them.

Thanks for the info, Darlene, we have heard that there's lots of wildlife in those ravines!
