Possum in Cobourg Ontario

Last winter Greg wrote to tell us about his sighting.

This possum was in our back yard this morning, in Cobourg, Ontario.

The animal was enjoying wild bird seed and bread that we put out each winter.

We have never seen a possum in this area and were quite surprised given the extreme cold we have experienced this winter.

This particular possum appeared very healthy and well fed.
