Cedar Waxwings

by Dorothy
(Collingwood, Ontario, Canada)

I live in Collingwood on Georgian Bay and this morning November 7th I spotted a flock of birds in a tree opposite my house.

On closer inspection realized that they were Cedar Waxwings, I guess they must have been on their migration journey, there must have been over 100 of them.

I have seen them in the spring like this but never at this time of the year (Fall).

Sorry for the delay getting this on our site - we have a backlog of submissions from our readers - currently over a hundred waiting to be edited and published, and we get more and more each day!
