Brampton Coyote

by Chris Bewes
(Brampton Ontario Canada)

March 5, 2011. My wife an I saw a lone Coyote about 1:45pm on the north side of Williams Parkway between Dixie and North Park.

There is a greenbelt with a ravine alongside Williams Pkwy. The Coyote was casually sitting, staring at the ravine.

We tried to circle around for another look and a picture, but this took some time as Williams is divided by a grass median.

By the time we got back to the spot he/she was gone.

Really disappointed as we wanted a picture of this rare sighting.

Toronto Coyotes
by: Roger

I see Coyotes all the time in my backyard, my home backs onto the ravine and I'm pretty sure they come out of there.

I think they're pretty rare here in Toronto, but I see them, and when I do it's delightful:)
