Bald Eagles Brigden, Ontario

Stacey, one of our readers, sent us this report of her Bald Eagle sighting - Today my husband and I were out on the deck enjoying the beautiful day when out in the back field landed two Bald Eagles. We weren't sure what they were at first, so we went and got the binoculars and spotting scope and sure enough there were two eating a dead Raccoon.

We watched them for about 2 hours and were hoping they would stay until the kids got off the school bus, but just as the bus stopped at the driveway they took off.

The kids got to see them in flight as they both left. Hopefully they will come back, when I can get a better camera.
