Raindrops

by Kaye Edmonds
(North Bay, Ontario, Canada)

Rainy and Fun Day

Rainy and Fun Day

I can't recall the official name of these wild plants, maybe someone else will?

They get a pod on the plants that can be popped, it was a fun game when we were young ...... and not so young!

Thank you, Kay, for another lovely picture - could this plant be "Spotted Jewelweed" (Impatiens capensis)?

If anyone knows the name of this plant for sure, please let us know

Try to help with identification
by: Sara

I am a member of an online garden club and they are pretty good about answering back as well as comming up with plant identification.

So hopefully I should be able to come up with an answer for you, I remember the flower as well I found a few of them on my grandparents farm when I was younger.

They are pretty.
