Mystery Raptor

by Chuck
(London, Ontario, Canada)

Spotted on UWO (University of Western Ontario) Campus at the baseball field near the Family Medicine building 2014/04/24 08:45.

One flew over and landed on the flood lights, it's partner flew nearby shortly and called out. It sounded like these Northern Goshawk Sounds only a little slower.

I identified them by listening to the online sound clip and searching for raptors of Ontario.

This pair made me want to look them up, so beautiful. Grey coloured, that looked like a mix between a Red Tail Hawk and a Peregrine Falcon, I've seen those and a Great Horned Owl in this area as well.
