Golden Eagle seen today

I saw a Golden Eagle at the side of the 10 Sideroad in Milton today, not far from Trafalgar Road.

It was sitting right close to the road on a tree stump.

I couldn't believe my luck as I drove slowly by.

This is only the second time I've seen one in the general area.

I'm 99 % sure it wasn't an immature Bald Eagle because of the gold in the feathers of the neck.
