Hi Barbara, I got your site from my buddy at work (Bob) who tried to buy some pygmy goats from you recently. I have read with interest your comments and can relate to the negativity regarding emigrating to Canada.

I myself emigrated from Dublin, Ireland, in 1988 with our 2 kids, Ciara was four and a half years old, and Colm was 11 months at the time.

I too was told "Oh, you'll be back and you'll never make it there".

Well, 21 yrs later I'm still here and never leaving!

Thank you for your kind words and good wishes Fran - I too have loved living in Canada, it is certainly "home" to me, and has been a great place to live and raise my family.
